Two series of shell-and-tube seawater condensers are designed for optimal condensation and reliable operation in both onboard and mainland applications.
Standard models have condensation capacity ranging from three to 770 kW; special solutions are available with up to 1500 kW capacity.
CFC/M and McDEW series are optimized for R22, R407C, R134a, R404A and R507 condensation and feature as standard for :
•Double liquid refrigerant exit for perfect condensate evacuation in any onboard application
• Cu/Ni 90/10 exchange tubes
• AISI316L high thickness tube sheets and water boxes
• Sacrificial anodes in order to compensate galvanic corrosion effects
• Plastic protection to protect tubes from erosion
All condenser models can be opened for inspection and maintenance purposes.
The cleaning procedure for the tubes depends on the copper tube type :
enhanced (internally finned) for McDEW, and traditional (internally plain) for CFC/M. Alternative versions with Cu/Ni 70/30 or titanium tubes are also available. |
